i found the grounds to be amazing, with lush gardens. the vibrant greenery created a tranquil atmosphere. the staff was friendly (especially at the front desk). i appreciated the well kept landscapes.

i noticed a slight damp smell in the room. it wasn't overwhelming, but it was there.

complete workout multiple swimming pools inconsistent wifi unclean beach

I found the gym to be quite spacious. It offered ample equipment for a complete workout (I managed to do my routine comfortably). I also appreciated the multiple swimming pools and sun loungers available.

The WiFi connection was inconsistent. I had difficulty maintaining a stable signal outside the lobby and in my room. The beach area needed more frequent cleaning because of the pine needles.

poor food quality lacking atmosphere

The grounds were well-kept, and the location provided a quiet escape from touristy areas.

I found the food quality at the restaurants disappointing. It made me want to eat outside of the resort (there was a noticeable lack of atmosphere at night). The pool bar service was almost nonexistent. I had to go to the bar myself, and I seemed like I was bothering the staff. It's frustrating when you're on vacation and expect better service.
